hellooooo =) HAPPY POST VALENTINES DAY♥.. congratulations to the singles that survived.. good work.. i realized that this year was quite a lonely year for everyone all round.. bet its the dam recession. ruins everything. haha.. anyways..

as i sit here i'm trying to brainstorm what i've been getting up to since i last updated...and i really can not remember.. odd. I do remember however that last tuesday i went to a "social gathering" at my building's common room and met some lovely people who live at Woburn with me. My two faves so far is a girl who lives across the hall from me who's from Spain called Ana & she's small just like MY ANNA!! haha... and a too cute girl called Claire from Winsor, England who lives on the 7th floor.



Mmmm... so i'm just gonna kick to yesterday cause i don't remember anything else... so yesterday was the day of love.. and when i woke up there was a big bunch of beautiful red roses waiting for me on the table (along with a vase because cee is practical haha) .. so it was a good start to the day.. then just went out for lunch with Ana nearby and brought a shitload of ice cream and ate it back in the common room with Claire and we just watched FRIENDS. People think we're nuts..eating ice cream when it's like zero outside. Then we all went out to dinner with this other dude.. Sharoze to a place called Tortoise & Hare (jap) .. I MISS JAP FOOD BACK HOME... i didnt realize how good we really had it!! Anyways Ana invited me to this random's birthday...called Matt who was turning 33!! haha..old.. so i went.. as a wise lady (katie) once told me.. never decline any invitation. And it ended up being this place in High Gate called Boogaloo..no joke haha.. it was packed and hot and i'm now half deaf but it was a pretty fun night..met some nice people..

TRIVIAL FACT: Today I met 3 guys & a girl all in seperate occassions..and they were all lawyers or studying to become a lawyer.. i just thought that was weird and funny

Lately, i've been really lazy and haven't been bothered shopping haha.. so i just made do with online shopping as i get 20% off at miss selfridges =) everything was insanely cheap.. i've only got one shipment so far..more to come soon.. in conclusion Vday was much better then anticipated..i was thinking i'd be at home lonely and sad eating ice cream watching sappy movies hahaha..colly i miss making handmades gifts together cause we were on a budget haha... red fingertips!!

Oh..i do remember what i did on Friday.. I went to Knightsbridge and just shopped around in Harrods and Harvey Nicholes. I brought some Godiva chocccies.. YUMMMMMM.. ive finished them all already haha.. pig much?

ok i am long due for an update.. but i've been on these new antihistamines the doctor gave me and i have been pretty much asleep this whole time.. anyway.. i am on the road to recovery now.. nearly all better.. & i still don't know what triggered the allergy..

so as some of you might have read.. there was a absolut snow storm in london the past week.. and the whole dam city pretty much shut down.. it's really not built for now.. sigh..my phone is still fuked.. on the up side.. it made the city much more beautiful.. if that was even possible.. i made a really short video from 1st of Feb when I was watching the snow fall.. the beginning of the storm..

And took a few pics of the park across the road from me.. Russell Square.. it looks beautiful.. and everytime I walk through it on the way to school..I can't help but stop and stare at how beautiful London is.. it gets me everytime..

on another note..I am currently addicted to this program..POLADROID that turns your normal digital photos into Polaroid style pictures.. i am having so much fun with it! It's awesome!!.. when you've clicked and dragged photos to the Polaroid camera on your desktop.. it produced the photo which you can watch slowly process... just like the real thing.. & it even lets you click and shake it around to develop faster!!.. shake it like a polaroid picture =) here are a few of mine..

bad reactions;

hey everyOne..
on thursday evening I came across something that caused some insanely bad reactions to my immune system.. causing me to have an allergic reaction.. boo =(
but not to worry nothing crazy serious or life threatening.. just a funny rash on my arm & swollen face and ears!! GAH!!.. so three days in.. i'm a lot better..

these past few days just consisted of my taking a load of antihistamines and falling asleep due to how drowsy it makes me.. so out of the past 72 hours.. i have been asleep for about 30 something hours....so pretty much in a coma.. & now i am super behind in my work!! another GAH!

so before my near fatal illness took place I received my Hunter boots which I ordered online, they're better then I imagined and I LOVE THEM!!!.. I want to wear them everywhere!


they come in a huge range of colors but being the boring, classical that i am.. I went for the good old black.. these are the same boots seen on KateMoss a while back.. these boots for wet weather is the best.. splash around and jump and puddles and your feet stay perfectly dry!! .. amazing =)

Anyway.. someone asked me the other day how I could wear gumboots without looking like i am about to run around in mud at the farm ..

when i took the picture of my outfit, it gave me an idea. With all these social networking sites, facebook, twitter etc.. the whole point of them is to update everyone you know if what's currently happening in your life.. what if there was site like that dedicated to your outfit for the day!? One where you could upload your photo via the net, webcam, camera phone, iphone etc.. and list where the pieces in your outfit came from.. it would be a fun site for the fashion lovers and a great place to get inspiration for your own outfits. And have a search, where you would locate items you own and view how other people wear it! It would open so many doors in the ways you can style your outfits! .. I reckon the site could really take off.. now all i need is a group of highly intelligent gifted web site making nerds and a couple of computers and we're all set.. hmmm anyone have spares of those??

today was CRIT day at school.. us newbies got a week extension =) so after some of the more experienced students presented their work we were allowed to leave at 12pm... so I headed home and watched an episode of Simpsons and net surfing & twittering.. before heading out again due to boredom.. I tubed it to Marble Arch to Selfridges.. as you would know I had a little situation with my Gucci doggie, with it's missing eye =( so I had to go back anyway...

If you didn't know, Selfridges is famous for their lavishly beautiful window displays..they hire famous VMs and go all out.. I managed to nab a picture from the KidRobot window..they have a MASSIVE KidRobot section there!! Awesome!! (I'll post more pics of the current fashion window displays later)

.. Sigh.. I don't know when Selfridges will ever NOT be busy!! It's insane 24/7..there was a line to go into the Louis Vuitton concession.. anyways.. Gucci took forever to handle the situation, but in the end they got one brought in from Bond St. And whilst I was waiting, I hopped over the the LV counter and see if they had any agenda refill in stock..U have no idea how insanely hard refills are to find! Anyway I finally got paper for my empty agenda, compliments of Cee =)

I decided to save some dough and walk home, it was pretty dam warm outside..enough to make me sweat from the walk. Taking the usual route home down Oxford I visited some stores along the way.. OH! & the Addidas store across the road from Selfridges.. makes personalized soccer jerseys! .. they do it for you right there on the spot! .. very cool.. so if anyone wants to buy one.. let me know.. all teams available. Anyway I picked up a massive box of chicken & bacon cheese pasta bake .. yum! .. I'm tiered, so i'm gonna watch FRIENDS & eat my pasta
